The goal of the Conditioning Workouts is to enhance performance and minimize the risk factors by conditioning the individuals.
Perform better on your riding by training outside the water. Most of the times, in watersports we do not get the chance to be practicing every single day. So in order to be on top of our game and performance, when riding, we need to train in a specific way that mimics your discipline . We offer you a complete workout drill that is in line with the demands of each discipline.
The workout drill is specific by taking in consideration the initial Functional Assesment of the rider (Mobility-Strenght-Stability), the riding discipline & the goals of each one.
